Harrow & Pinner TKD is run by Master Manning VII degree Black belt and is affiliated with the British United Tae Kwon Do Federation (1988). We specialise in not only the physical aspects of the martial art, but also the philosophy behind it as envisioned by its founder General Choi Hong Hi 9th Dan. Tae Kwon Do should not be seen as just ways to defend oneself. Our training focuses on how Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-control, Indomitable spirit, and Humility are not just words in the Tae Kwon Do class but principles to live by. Our training aims at bringing the mind and body under one’s control and achieving the perfect balance between the two, creating a sound self-defence system as well as promoting a balanced way of living.
Many of our students become more focused and are achieving at school, college and in their work. Fitter bodies certainly help towards bringing about healthier, brighter and alert minds.
